People. Community. Shared progress.
Built around people.
Connected through football.
We support player high performance and development through football intelligence, scouting, and partnerships that strengthen the communities behind the game.

Behind every player,
there is a community.
Our approach
Development shaped by
the people behind it.
Development begins with the people closest to the game: players, families, coaches, clubs, and community organisers.
We bring performance analysis, scouting, learning, and practical project planning to this work. Our partnerships are built on shared contribution and mutual benefit, with local people helping shape the priorities.
Our ambition includes African coaches whose knowledge and leadership contribute to clubs, academies, and football communities beyond national borders. Their development matters alongside the players they teach.
Our purpose is to help Ghanaian players and coaches fulfil their potential through supportive training environments, a culture of learning, and opportunities at home and internationally. Lasting careers should create a legacy for the person and the communities that support them.

Everyone belongs.
Integrity matters.
No to racism
No to corruption
We reject discrimination, abuse, human trafficking, exploitation, bribery, and match manipulation. Respect, player welfare, and honest dealing belong in every football relationship.
In our project planning, this means agreeing safeguarding responsibilities, making roles and payments clear, and using the appropriate reporting channels when concerns arise.

About FootliteCo
A wider perspective
on football.
Founded by Albert Osei-Owusu, FootliteCo brings together football intelligence, player high performance and development, education, partnerships, training infrastructure, and sustainability.
We partner with academies, scouts, licensed football agents, and corporate institutions to support talent development and meaningful contributions to society through football. Together, we connect football expertise with the resources and relationships that help players, coaches, and communities progress.
Our role centres on performance support, football intelligence, and development planning. Licensed football agents handle regulated representation within these collaborations.
